Zhen Ding Selected for S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook
February 25, 2026 | Zhen DingEstimated reading time: 2 minutes
Zhen Ding was recognized by S&P Global for being the only PCB company in Taiwan to be selected for the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook for four consecutive year. The achievement highlights the Company’s outstanding long-term commitment and results in ESG and its leading position in the global PCB industry.
Each year, S&P Global identifies sustainability leaders across industries based on the results of its Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) and includes them in the Yearbook. The S&P
Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 evaluated more than 9,200 companies worldwide, and only 848 were selected— underscoring the strong sustainability performance and global competitiveness of the companies recognized.
In the “ITC, Electronic Equipment, Instruments & Components” industry, Zhen Ding achieved an overall score of 88, placing it in the top 10% of companies.
The Company also earned full marks in five CSA assessment topics, including “Risk & Crisis Management,” “Customer Relations,” and “Privacy Protection.”
Chairman Charles Shen stated that sustainability has been deeply embedded in Zhen Ding’s corporate DNA. Being selected for the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook for multiple consecutive years is not only strong recognition of the Company’s past efforts, but also a key driver for continued progress under its “EPS + ESG” policy.
As a leader in the PCB industry, Zhen Ding continues to steadily reduce carbon emissions through measures such as process optimization, onsite solar power generation, green power procurement, and energy storage applications. At the same time, the Company strengthens water resources and waste recycling management by increasing water reuse and raising the proportion of waste converted into reusable resources. In addition, the Company promotes green supply chain initiatives to support key suppliers in enhancing their environmental and sustainability management capabilities, jointly strengthening sustainability competitiveness across the value chain.
In terms of human capital, in response to the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the Company has launched AI-related training programs to cultivate key digital and innovation talent.
By integrating internal resources, Zhen Ding has established a diversified talent development system, fostered a corporate culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and provided employees with a wide range of career development opportunities. The Company also conducts regular human rights risk assessments and continues to advance human rights protections and gender equality. Going forward, the Company will continue to promote academia–industry–research collaborations through the Zhen Ding Education Foundation and the Avary Social Welfare Foundation, nurturing talent in technology, digital capabilities, and green sustainability, and working with all sectors of society to realize its sustainability vision.
