PARMI USA recently responded to a customer-requested demonstration of the PARMI Exceed, the company’s state-of-the-art AI-powered Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system, at the Technica USA Demo Center. The demonstration followed strong customer interest generated during Technica USA’s recent Tech Day Event, where the Exceed AOI attracted significant attention from attendees.

During the demonstration, the customer experienced firsthand the advanced capabilities of PARMI’s Ultra-Fast Laser Line Scan technology, which combines true 2D and 3D AOI inspection with exceptional speed and accuracy. Enhanced by powerful AI-driven analytics, the Exceed enables manufacturers to achieve smarter, more reliable SMT production while significantly reducing programming time.
Additional features showcased during the visit included the system’s ability to capture highly accurate 3D images regardless of component color, surface characteristics, or material composition; industry-leading inspection speeds of up to 65 cm²/sec; precise inspection of components up to 40 mm in height; and a comprehensive suite of SMT process optimization software tools. Customers were also introduced to PARMI’s integrated process management platform, which leverages high-performance AI.
