Koh Young America Partners With Repstronics in Mexico

Koh Young America (KYA) has partnered with Repstronics, a well-known manufacturers’ representative company in Mexico that specializes in sales, service and customer support. With offices located in several cities throughout Mexico, Repstronics will directly provide all technical support, ensuring the highest level of quality, and direct communication with Koh Young America’s customers.
In making the announcement, Harry Yun, General Manager of Koh Young America said, “Repstronics’ team of experienced, bilingual engineers are superbly qualified to represent our products and provide the highest level of sales and service support to our customers in Mexico. Repstronics operates a dedicated Technical Center in Guadalajara, and their effective inside sales team supports their outside sales team, ensuring timely communications with our customers. They have been in business for more than 10 years, and have a very successful track record in helping their customers grow and continue process improvements.” Repstronics has a complete line card of high quality products, Harry adds, and emphasizes that “We are sure that they will help Koh Young America continue to grow both our SPI and AOI businesses in Mexico.”
In addition to this new partnership with Restronics, Koh Young America has changed their support organization and has hired six (6) engineers to enhance and bolster customer support. KYA currently has three (3) engineers operating in Guadalajara and more engineers in other key cities in Mexico. “This expansion will continue as we add more engineers in key cities as our growth dictates,” he concluded.
