Kulicke & Soffa Appoints Khushi Ram as VP & Corporate Controller

Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc., is a global leader in the design and manufacture of semiconductor, LED and electronic assembly equipment, has appointed Khushi Ram as Vice President & Corporate Controller. Khushi will join K&S on January 4, 2016 and will report directly to Jonathan Chou, Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer.
Khushi joins K&S with over 25 years of finance, accounting, business and commercial management experience with global manufacturing, technology and transportation companies. Earlier in his career, Khushi spent 12 years with Alcatel-Lucent from 1998 to 2010 in various senior finance and controllership executive roles in Asia. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Unisteel Technology from 2010 to 2012. Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Tiger Airways, a Singapore listed company, from 2013 to 2014.

Khushi received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accountancy and Economics from Dayalbagh Educational Institute and a Master's of Business Administration from Panjab University, India.
