ASM to Hold Technology Day in Singapore

ASM Assembly Systems GmbH & Co. KG will be hosting the ASM Technology Day at the ASM Innovation Center in Singapore from July 17–19, 2018. This round, the company will be doing it in two different sessions: one for the SMT solutions and another for the advanced packaging solutions.
Some topics and demonstrations presented in both sessions include: ASM Smart Workflow; 0201M components live demonstration for printing and placement process; remote smart factory live demonstration with smart glasses; Eform presentation and 3D printing; advanced packaging introduction and trends; die handling and chip assembly presentations; as well as ASM factory tours.
