VJ Electronix Announces Competitive Price Reduction on XQuik X-ray Component Counters

VJ Electronix, Inc., the leader in rework technologies and global provider of advanced X-ray inspection and component counting systems, announced a competitive price reduction on its XQuik Series Component Counters. The reduction is across its entire XQuik line, which includes the XQuik II Plus, XQuik II Plus Autoload and XQuik III.
Demand for a high-performance, cost-effective X-ray component counter continues to grow. Finding a system on the market today that balances cost-efficiency while proving high accuracy and reliability is a challenge.The latest XQuik model, the VJ Electronix XQ II Plus, is the solution to today’s demanding component counting requirements. With a cycle time of less than 20 seconds (for both single reel and quad counts) and low cost, this is the most advanced and cost-effective counter on the market today.
Designed for high throughput reel counting, the XQuik III has 2x the productivity of the XQ II Plus, and can process components, automatically scan barcodes, and read/update inventory in real-time to your MES/ERP in <10 sec.
Both the XQ II Plus and XQ III are designed for automation flexibility. VJE offers turnkey robot systems as well as customized interface solutions for customers to integrate their own choice of robots based on their unique requirements. XQuik robotic loading and transfer, and pass-through automations are in operation at customer sites worldwide.
