Koh Young America Appoints Heriberto Cuevas as Sales Team Leader for Mexico and South America

Koh Young, the industry leader in True3D measurement-based inspection solutions, proudly announces the appointment of Heriberto Cuevas as the Sales Team Leader for its Mexico and South America operations. In this role, he will collaborate closely with sales management to guide, coordinate, and oversee the associated sales team to optimize performance, achieving regional goals of customer satisfaction and growth.
Cuevas will play a pivotal role in driving the sales team success, working closely alongside the management team to develop strategies, train team members, provide support and direction, and monitor performance. Moreover, he will communicate priorities with complementary groups like service, applications, training, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Joel Scutchfield, General Manager of SMT Operations and Director of Sales at Koh Young America, expressed confidence in Cuevas, stating, "This decision to advance Heriberto is based on his positive work ethic, team leadership, and vision to ensure the team meets its objectives, all the while and contributing to the overall success of our company. He is well-deserving of this opportunity, and I am confident he will excel in this new role, leading our sales team in Mexico and South America to even greater heights."
With a decade of experience in successfully implementing programs to reduce downtime and enhance productivity with a Tier 1 electronic manufacturing service (EMS) provider in Mexico, Cuevas joined Koh Young America as an Applications Engineering Project Manager. He then served as the Regional Sales Manager responsible for the "Bajio" territory, covering the Mexican states Jalisco, Guanajuato, Queretaro, and Michoacan. His background, discipline, and passion positioned him as the ideal candidate for the Sales Team Leader role.
