Neways Successfully Completes Acquisition of Philips Micro Devices

The transaction has now been completed following satisfaction of all closing conditions.
Micro Devices is recognized for its advanced microsystems technologies in the defense, semicon and medical sectors. For Neways, this acquisition adds industry-leading customers under long-standing strategic partnerships to its already strong and growing customer portfolio. Combining Micro Devices’ capabilities and experience with Neways’ technologies, scale and global footprint, we will be able to accelerate innovation and deliver even more comprehensive solutions to our customers.
