The ISO-Spector S3 series is a progression from the Mek S2 SPI system, utilizing multiple projector technology to calculate solder height information. With a 360-degree ring light, the machine accurately extracts the outline of solder paste on PCBs, ensuring precise inspections. Standard Resolution is ideal for inspecting larger pads, High Resolution is designed for smaller and finer-pitch pad inspection, and Super High Resolution is used for the smallest and finest-pitch pad inspection.
Intuitive operation is ensured with the user-friendly adjustable Touch Screen. The angle of the touch screen can be moved up to 10°upwards and 25° downwards allowing operators to find the most ergonomic position.
Inspection programs can typically be created from Gerber data in as little as 3 minutes. Part number registration using mount data is easily achieved with offline programming software.
