Has commercialized a new series of electrical discharge machining for the fabrication of dies for the manufacturing process of electronic components.
2. Tohoku University (Japan) 10/19
Has co-developed a new laser cooling system built on semiconductor chips introducing MEMS technologies. It is effective to reduce thermal noises.
3. Kyoto Univ. & Kyushu Univ. (Japan) 10/20
Has co-developed a new organic electro luminescence material. It converts electric power to optical light with 100% efficiency.
4. Toshiba (Major electric & electronics company in Japan) 10/21
Has agreed with San Disc Corp. to work together for the operation of new plant in Yokkaichi, Mie-ken. The new plant will produce new 3D flash memories.
5. Eliiy Power (Device manufacturer in Japan) 10/22
Has developed a new lithium ion battery. It can charge the capacity full in ten minutes with high currency.
6. DNP (Major printing company in Japan) 10/22
Has developed a new cover film for display panels of automobiles. It can control the view angles of the display.
7. Omron (Major device manufacturer in Japan) 10/26
Has demonstrated a new technical concept for automobiles. It eliminate the collisions between automobiles automatically.
8. Rohm (Major device manufacturer in Japan) 10/27
Has developed a new DC/DC converter “BD9G341AEFJ” with the highest conversion rate for the industrial equipment.
9. Taiyo Yuden (Major device manufacturer in Japan) 10/27
Has commercialized a new wireless control module with its own software for IoT applications of the industrial equipment. It works by simple commands.
10. Will start a paprika farm business as a part of the solar power agriculture factory. It will minimize the energy consumption.
